    【バルーンプランご予約に関しての注意事項】
    ※バルーンプランお申し込みはご宿泊日の5日前15:00までにお願いいたします。(フォームからのご予約お申し込み)
    担当スタッフが内容をご確認の上ご入金案内をお送りいたします。ご入金確認をもって、ご予約確定となります。
    ※ご宿泊予約とバルーンのキャンセル規約は異なります。ご宿泊をキャンセルされる際、宿泊予約のキャンセルとは別に、バルーンのキャンセル手続きが必要となります。
    ※バルーンプランの内容変更・キャンセル等は納品日3日前15:00までにお申し出をお願いいたします。以降の内容変更はご対応が難しい事と、キャンセルの場合はお申し込みいただいたバルーン料金のキャンセル料が100%発生いたします。ご注意くださいませ。

    ※Please complete your application for the balloon plan by 3:00 PM, five days prior to your stay. (Reservations can be made via the designated form.)
    After reviewing the details, our staff will send the payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed after the payment has been received.
    ※Please note that the cancellation policies for the hotel reservation and the balloon order are differs. If you cancel your hotel reservation, you need to cancel the balloon order separately.
    ※Any changes or cancellations for balloon order should be made by 3:00 PM, three days before the requested date. Please note that any changes after this deadline cannot be accommodated, and in case of cancellation, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
