Corporate Event Decoration Services

We are available for a variety of occasions, including company anniversary celebrations, IPO celebrations, new office relocation celebrations, seasonal events such as Halloween, Christmas, and New Year's parties, and welcome-back decorations. We will propose decorations that match the event or celebration, the atmosphere of the venue, and the theme.

Decide where to decorate

There are many different places to decorate when it comes to event decorations. Which points do you want to decorate? Even if there are multiple points you want to decorate, it will be easier to organize your ideas if you have an image of the priorities and budget allocation among them. Recommended decoration details

We often incorporate balloons or panels with the company logo, the title of the event, and the celebration numbers (0th anniversary, 00 downloads achieved) to include points of visual clarity to make the celebration easy to understand.

Color printing on a variety of balloons is available in single units.

Three-dimensional representation of letters and numbers

Another advantage of balloons is that messages and numbers that match the purpose of the event, such as WELCOME, OPEN, and anniversary numbers, can be incorporated into the decorations in a way that is easy to understand and makes a big impact. Unlike printing, balloons can be expressed three-dimensionally. There are several sizes to choose from. *Basically, only alphabets and numbers are available.

Logo, message, photo, etc.

ORYZAE Celebrations is the first in the nation to offer color printing on balloons on a one-by-one basis, and as of 2024, it is still the only decorator in the country.

In addition to balloons, a variety of other items such as back panels and backboards, posters, coasters, tablecloths, photo props, champagne bottles, and photo gallery panels can be made into original one-of-a-kind items to create a sense of unity for your important celebration event.

Creating three-dimensional objects

Balloons are like round Legos!

A three-dimensional structure can be created by placing a skeleton inside, or a picture can be drawn by arranging balloons as if they were dots. Large balloons can even be made large enough for a person to fit inside.

Balloon art using long, thin balloons, such as those made by street performers, can be very different when made by balloon professionals, such as dogs that many people have seen on the street.

In addition to balloons, we can also create three-dimensional objects using various techniques, such as panels with original graphics and cut to shape, champagne towers to create characters, and floral objects, so please consult with us.

Create a back (using back panels, backboards, large posters, tapestries, fabric, etc.)

Setting up a back panel or backboard behind a stage or reception area, or creating a gorgeous backdrop for an event as a photo spot, will greatly change the atmosphere of the space.

Decide on a budget

The following is a general list of items that will be charged for your request to ORYZAE Celebrations. The majority of the cost will be for "1. Decorations".

1. Decoration fee (includes materials and setup) Please refer to the gallery for many examples of decorations with prices.
2. Business trip fee: Free of charge to 11,000 yen range depending on the area. Nationwide coverage is available, but varies by location, so please contact us for details.
3. Parking fee Not required if free parking is available. If not, it will be a flat range of 1,000 to 2,000 yen depending on the area (not actual cost reimbursement).
4. Removal fee (if any) Only incurred in cases where removal is required. 5,500 yen to 22,000 yen range is common.

Depending on the event, requests range from decorations costing about 10,000 yen to over 1,000,000 yen. We hope you can get a sense of the cost by referring to our gallery and other resources. Our concierge staff will do their best to support you, so please feel free to contact us for further information.

Even if the same area is decorated, the cost will vary depending on the materials and their usage, such as balloons, flowers, panels, posters, and fabric.
