ORYZAE Celebrations can help you create a fun birthday party or birthday surprise that will delight the birthday star. Decorate a large numbered balloon with the age of the person, or put a name or other original message on a balloon and present it as a balloon gift. Our balloons are popular as stylish balloons that adults would love to receive on their birthdays. We deliver balloons to your designated location such as hotels, homes, restaurants, offices, etc., and decorate the space.
We also have balloon bouquets, balloon stands, etc. that can be delivered as gifts to people far away.
We have offices in Tokyo and throughout Japan.
Decorating on site takes about 1~60 minutes. We will visit you after we finish making the balloons at the balloon store in advance so that we can finish within the designated time. We will make your birthday space gorgeous with balloon art and balloon decoration. We can change the color or make different decorations from the examples, so please feel free to contact us.

Hotel Surprise
Surprise when you get into your hotel room! ORYZAE Celebrations will pre-decorate the room to please the hostess. Check in, get into your room, and surprise! After check-in and dinner, you come back to your room and surprise! We will discuss with the client to determine what kind of decorations and when to decorate. We deliver the balloons to your hotel and decorate them in your room. Decoration content can be tailored to your needs. We can consult with you on the color, message content, volume, and monetary value of the decorations to suit your needs and examples of decorations. Because ORYZAE Celebrations has a wealth of experience in decoration, we have a wide range of decorative items to choose from, and we will do our best to meet the expectations of our clients who say, "I want the main celebrant to be happy! We also need the cooperation of hotel staff. Please let us know in advance that ORYZAE Celebrations staff will visit your hotel to decorate. Please note that hotel policies may differ in terms of the decorations that can be done. If necessary, we will speak directly with the hotel staff. Same-day delivery available Same-day service is available in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba prefectures and the main island of Okinawa at the earliest. Requests in other Honshu areas will be processed at least 2 days in advance, and 3 days in advance in Kyushu and Hokkaido areas. For initial inquiries received after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the desired delivery date, an express fee of +20% will be added to the total balloon cost. Please see this page for details.
