Some hotels may prohibit helium-filled balloon decorations.
This plan can be decorated even in hotels that do not allow helium to be brought in.
Decoration includes a bell objet d'art, birthday letter banner, and balloons with flowers.
Messages can be printed on balloons with flowers.
Set is for reference only and the number of balloons can be adjusted.
The color and other details can be changed to meet your needs.
The number of bundles, volume, etc. can be changed.
