I feel that a little balloon next to the projector or next to the host softens the atmosphere of the event.
Also, when you take a picture of the speaker, doesn't it look better with the balloon in the background?

We were told that it would be nice to have a photo spot where participants could take pictures, so we prepared a mature-looking balloon to match the atmosphere under "GRiD".
Also very active here were the big balloons with the event logo. I feel compelled to pick it up and take a picture.
I had the impression that most of the social gatherings with other companies were for people involved in development work, but I thought it was wonderful that people involved in back-office operations also had such a place to meet.
