      ORYZAEスタッフがお届け・出張装飾する場合、お届け希望日の2日前の18時以降に内容が確定すると、バルーン代金の合計に+20%の特急料金を頂戴しております。当日のご依頼も対象です。例：お届け希望日が3/15の場合
