    Please make a reservation for the Balloon Plan by 3:00 p.m. 5 days prior to your stay. (Reservation request via the form) Our staff in charge will check the details of the reservation and send you the payment information. Upon confirmation of payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

    If you are in a hurry, please call us to confirm your schedule. For initial inquiries received less than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of use (15:00), an express fee (20% of the balloon price) will be charged. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request due to scheduling conditions.

    *There are different cancellation policies for lodging reservations and balloons. When you cancel your stay, you are required to follow the cancellation procedure for the balloon plan separately from that for your room reservation.

    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations of the balloon plan by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes after that time will be difficult to accommodate, and in case of cancellation, 100% of the balloon fee will be charged. Please be aware of this.
    Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any changes after 3:00 p.m. on the day of delivery.
