[Important Notes Regarding Balloon Plan Reservations]

* Please apply for a balloon plan by 15:00 three days prior to your stay date. (Reservation applications via this form) Our staff will review the details and send payment instructions. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

* If your request is urgent, please first call us to confirm availability. Same-day service incurs an express fee (20% of the balloon fee).

* The cancellation policy for balloon reservations differs from the hotel reservation cancellation policy. If you cancel your hotel stay, you must also separately complete the balloon cancellation procedure.

* For plan changes or cancellations, please contact us by 15:00 three days before the delivery date. After that, changes may not be possible, and cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the balloon amount.
