(Reservation request via the form) Our staff in charge will check the details of the reservation and send you the payment information. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.; If you are in a hurry, please call us to confirm your schedule. For initial inquiries received less than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of use (15:00), an express fee (20% of the balloon price) will be charged. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the schedule.; Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to your balloon plan by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes or cancellations after that time will be difficult to accommodate and will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the balloon price. Please be aware of this.
