The suction gas cans used for party goods contain oxygen due to the low purity of the helium gas, but those used for balloons are highly pure and are not designed for human inhalation. Helium gas is a nonflammable gas and will not burn or explode.

In case of mailing in a box by Yamato delivery service *Balloons will be delivered in a box. Please decorate the balloon by yourself after arrival. Balloons will be shipped from Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Regardless of the arrival date, if your request is confirmed after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the scheduled ship date, we will charge you an additional +20% express fee in addition to the total balloon cost. For example, if your balloon is to be delivered to Sapporo City on 3/15, the balloon will be shipped on 3/13. (In some areas such as Hokkaido and Kyushu, it will take one day to arrive.) Creating proposal materials, devising original plans, creating finished images, etc. We used to offer this service free of charge, but since January 2024, due to business expansion and changes in our operations , we are now offering proposals with image creation materials for a fee. I need a quoted image for confirmation to a client - I need an image of the finished product for an internal meeting - I need an image of the venue to be included in the quoted image. If you request us to create an image, we will charge you a fee for the creation of the image. We can create a certain amount of decorations with a budget of about 20,000 yen per spot. If your budget is more than 50,000 yen, it will be more gorgeous. The unit price for the volume will vary depending on whether the balloons are made of rubber or aluminum, air or helium, artificial or fresh flowers, panel printing, or decorations using fabric. Our staff in charge will make a proposal according to your budget and the area you wish to decorate.

Various designs are possible, ranging from a clear balloon with a logo, to a logo panel on a balloon wall, to rubber balloons with a logo, etc., and the amount of money will vary greatly. The cheapest option is to put your logo on a standard balloon size (11~18inch) for an optional fee of around 1,500 yen. If you provide us with AI data of your logo, we will process it and handle it. There are many different patterns for decorating with logos, so please let us know first where you would like to decorate (reception area, photo spot, entire venue, stage, etc.) and the scale of the event. We will inform you of the location and scale of the decoration, and then provide you with a design and price suitable for that content. We will ask the customer to confirm whether or not the hotel or restaurant can be decorated with the logo.

If you wish to dispose of the balloons, you will be asked to release the gas inside.
