Please be sure to read this. For initial inquiries received after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the desired delivery date, an express fee of +20% will be added to the total balloon cost. Please be advised that same-day service is also subject to express charges. (e.g. If the desired delivery date is May 25, no express fee will be charged for inquiries received by 6:00 p.m. on May 23.) If you are in a hurry, please call us first at 03-5843-8781 to discuss availability.
