    Please make a reservation for the Balloon Plan by 3:00 p.m. 5 days prior to your stay. (Reservation request via the form) Our staff in charge will check the details of the reservation and send you the payment information. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
    If you are in a hurry, please call us to confirm your schedule. If you wish to use the balloon on the same day, an express fee (20% of the balloon price) will be charged.
    Cancellation policies for accommodation reservations and balloons are different. If you wish to cancel your stay, you will need to cancel your balloon reservation separately from your room reservation.
    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations of the balloon plan by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes after that time will be difficult to accommodate, and in case of cancellation, 100% of the balloon fee will be charged. Please be aware of this.
