    If you wish to cancel your stay, you will need to cancel the balloon plan separately from your room reservation.
    Changes or cancellations of the balloon plan must be made by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes after that time will be difficult to accommodate. In case of cancellation, 100% of the balloon fee will be charged. Please be aware of this.
