About panels and balloons
The basic size of the panels will be 2000mm x 1200mm.
Panels should be ordered at least two weeks prior to the event date. Please consult with us as it varies depending on the area.

When contacting us, please provide us with a photo of the desired finished size and the space where you plan to install the product to facilitate our guidance.
Since the balloons are made of rubber balloons, we do not recommend outdoor display.
Please use them indoors. If you are considering setting up at a hotel, please check with the hotel.
Two staff members will visit the site.
Please allow about 1 hour and 30 minutes for on-site work since we will visit with one HIACE and assemble the equipment.
We will also collect the items at a later date, so removal work will be required.
Please allow approximately one hour for removal.

We will discuss color combinations and decorations on an individual basis.
If you are considering adding text or +α balloon decorations, please let us know your request in the inquiry form.
About Flower Arrangements

Floral arrangements are basically made of artificial flowers.
We accept only color specifications for flower materials. Please let us know the general color of the flowers, such as "blue" or "red.
Please note that we do not accept flower type specifications (e.g., roses, tulips, etc.), as flower materials are subject to change depending on availability. Please understand this in advance.
It will be easier to guide you if you confirm in advance the table size of the place you would like to set up at the hotel.
