Please refer to this page when considering your budget.
If the balloon purchase is less than 12,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping fee will be ¥3,000. For balloon purchases of 12,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, shipping is free within 10 km of Shimbashi (our location) (approx. 30 minutes each way). For distances of 10 km or more, 3,000 yen per 10 km plus highway fare (depending on location).

Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Delivery and on-site decoration is free of charge in Chiyoda, Chuo-ku, Minato-ku, Shibuya-ku, Meguro-ku, Shinjuku-ku, and Shinagawa-ku. For other areas, delivery and travel fees will be charged separately.
Decorating permission for hotels and restaurants must be confirmed by the customer.
Photographs taken after decoration may be published on websites and other media in a form that does not identify individuals.

For customers in a hurry】 For initial inquiries received after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the desired delivery date, an additional +20% express fee will be added to the total balloon cost.
