Akatsuki's New Year Festival Balloon Decoration

Akatsuki Inc. held a New Year's party on the first day of work and we decorated balloons.

The large torii (gateway) is 2.5 meters high and 2.5 meters wide, allowing 2~3 adults to pass through.

In this issue, we would like to share with you how we went from consultation to decoration.

1. Contact us first

In the latter half of November, we received an inquiry from a customer asking, "Can you make a balloon torii gate that can accommodate 2~3 people?" We received an inquiry in the latter half of November, "Can you make a torii gate with balloons that 2~3 people can pass through?

*It is okay if you do not have a concrete image at the time of inquiry, as Akatsuki did this time.
*If you tell us what kind of event it is and your budget, we will propose a design.
*We accept inquiries by email, phone, or LINE@, so please feel free to contact us.

2. design proposal for balloon decoration

We submit design and quotation materials based on the images we receive.

We initially proposed the usual torii colors (red and black).
Later, we were asked to make it as colorful as our corporate colors.

  • Standard color torii
  • Standard color torii gate + colorful aluminum balloons
  • Colorful torii gate

We have re-proposed three patterns of

3. finalize balloon decoration design

After you have finalized the design from among the proposals, the order is officially confirmed.
This time we also finalized the panel design to be attached to the torii gate.

We will provide a written estimate as needed.

4. coordination of schedules, etc.

We will ask you when you can start and finish decorating on the day of the event, adjust the detailed schedule, and confirm the delivery route.
In addition, since the foundation was used for a large object called a torii gate this time, removal work was required, and we also coordinated the schedule for removal.
*If we perform the removal work, an additional fee will be charged.
*In the case of decorations that do not use foundations, etc., the removal work is often done by the customer themselves, as they only need to break it up.

5. decoration

We visited the decoration location on the day of the event and decorated it.

The balloons make the picture even more beautiful.

In addition to the balloons, there were also original omikuji and sake, and I thought it was a really nice New Year's festival with lots of contents for employees to enjoy.

Thank you for allowing me to do a very festive decorating job for the first time in the new year, creating a torii gate!
