Our staff in charge will make a proposal according to your budget and the area you wish to decorate.

Balloons can be easily broken with scissors or cutters, so in most cases, we ask the recipient to clean up after themselves. If the balloons are delivered to an office, we often ask the customer to take them home if they are compact in size.
