    Please refer to this information when considering your budget. ＜If the balloon purchase is less than 12,000 yen (excluding tax), the shipping cost will be ¥3,000. Balloon purchases of 12,000 yen (excluding tax) or more are free of charge within 10 km of Shinbashi (our location) (approx. 30 minutes each way). For distances of 10 km or more, 3,000 yen per 10 km plus highway fare (depending on location)

    • Payment is requested via bank transfer.
    • Delivery and on-site decoration are provided free of charge for Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shibuya, Meguro, Shinjuku, and Shinagawa wards. For other areas, additional delivery and on-site fees apply.
    • We ask our customers to confirm decoration permissions at hotels and restaurants.
    • Photos taken after decoration may be posted on our website and other platforms, in a form that does not allow personal identification.
