    Please make a reservation for the Balloon Plan by 3:00 p.m. 5 days prior to your stay. (Reservation request via the form)
    Our staff in charge will check the details and send you the payment information. Your reservation will be confirmed upon confirmation of payment.
    The cancellation policy is different from that of the balloon. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to cancel your balloon reservation separately from your room reservation.
    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations of the balloon plan by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes after that time will be difficult to accommodate, and in case of cancellation, 100% of the balloon fee will be charged. Please be aware of this.

    *Please complete your application for the balloon plan by 3:00 PM, five days prior to your stay. Reservations can be made via the designated form.
    After reviewing the details, our staff will send the payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed after the payment has been received.
    Please note that the cancellation policies for the hotel reservation and the balloon order are differs. If you cancel your hotel reservation, you need to cancel the balloon order separately.
    Please note that any changes or cancellations for balloon order should be made by 3:00 PM, three days before the requested date. Please note that any changes after this deadline cannot be accommodated, and in case of cancellation, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
