Please note that we do not accept balloon decorations after check-in or during dinner.

    Notes on Balloon Plan Reservations
    Please submit your balloon plan request by 15:00, 5 days before your check-in date. (Reservation request via this form) Our staff will confirm the details and send you payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed once we confirm receipt of payment.

    If you are in a hurry, please call us first to check availability. For first-time inquiries made after 15:00, 3 days before your intended use date, a rush fee (20% of the balloon price) will apply. Depending on scheduling, we may be unable to accommodate your request; thank you for your understanding.

    The cancellation policy for the balloon plan differs from that of your hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel stay, you must separately cancel the balloon plan as well.

    Please notify us of any changes to or cancellation of the balloon plan by 15:00, 3 days before the delivery date. Changes after this time may be difficult to accommodate, and cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the balloon charge. Please note this in advance.
