    [Notes on Balloon Plan Reservations]
    *Balloon Plan applications must be submitted by 15:00, 5 days before your stay (application via this form). Our staff will confirm the details and send payment instructions. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is confirmed.

    *If your request is urgent, please call us first to check availability. For first-time inquiries made after 15:00, 3 days before your intended use date, a rush fee (20% of the balloon price) will apply. Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to accommodate your request, so please understand in advance.

    *The cancellation policy for the balloon plan differs from that of your hotel reservation. If you cancel your hotel reservation, you must separately cancel the balloon plan as well.

    *Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to the balloon plan by 15:00, 3 days before the delivery date. Changes after this time may be difficult to accommodate, and cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the balloon charge. Please note this in advance.
