    Notes on Balloon Plan Reservations
    Please submit your balloon plan application by 15:00, 3 days before your stay. (Reservation request via the form) Our staff will confirm the details and send you payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is confirmed.
    If you are in a hurry, please call us first to check availability. A same-day rush fee (20% of the balloon price) will apply for same-day use.
    The cancellation policy for the balloon plan is different from that of your hotel reservation. When cancelling your hotel stay, you must separately cancel the balloon plan as well.
    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to the balloon plan by 15:00, 3 days before the delivery date. Changes after this time may be difficult to accommodate, and cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the balloon charge. Please be aware of this.
