    [Important Notes Regarding Balloon Plan Reservations]

    *Please submit your Balloon Plan application by 3:00 PM, 5 days prior to your check-in date. (Reservations must be made via the online form.) A staff member will review your details and send you payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is verified.

    *If you are in a hurry, please call us first to confirm availability. A rush fee (20% of the balloon package price) will apply for bookings made less than 2 days before your scheduled stay.

    *The cancellation policies for your hotel reservation and the balloon package are different. If you cancel your hotel reservation, you must also complete a separate cancellation procedure for the balloon package.

    *Please notify us of any changes to your balloon package or cancellations by 3:00 PM, three days prior to the delivery date. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes made after this time, and in the event of a cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee of the balloon package price will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
