[Cancellation Policy]
If the cancellation is made before , no cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made after 12:00, 5 days prior to the scheduled date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. *Please note that balloon production may be completed as early as 5 days prior to the scheduled date.
*Please note that the cancellation policies for your hotel reservation and the balloon experience are different. If you cancel your hotel reservation, you must also complete a separate cancellation procedure for the balloon experience. The same applies to schedule changes, so please let us know if you change your dates.

※ご宿泊日5日前12:00までに、こちらのフォームからバルーンのお申し込みをお願いいたします。
※キャンセルの発生した日時がご利用予定日の＜5日前12:00＞より前の場合、キャンセル料金は発生いたしません。5日前12:00を過ぎて、キャンセルとなった場合は100%キャンセル料を頂戴いたします。5日前時点で、バルーンの制作が完了する場合がございます。ご了承くださいませ。
※ご宿泊予約とバルーンのキャンセル規約は異なります。ご宿泊をキャンセルされる際、宿泊予約のキャンセルとは別に、バルーンのキャンセル手続きが必要となります。日程のご変更も同様のため、お日にちを変更された際もお知らせくださいませ。
