[About the application deadline]
Please apply for balloons through this form by 12:00 noon, 5 days before your stay.

[About cancellation]
If the cancellation is made before 12:00 noon on the 5th day prior to the scheduled date of use, no cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel after 12:00 noon on the 5th day before, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. ※Please note that the balloons may already be finished at that point.
※The cancellation policy for your room reservation and for the balloons are different. If you cancel your stay, a separate cancellation procedure for the balloons is required. The same applies to date changes, so please let us know whenever your date changes.
