    Requests and other inquiries Description

    Please make your reservation by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the date of your stay. (Reservation request through the form)
    *The cancellation policy for accommodation reservations and balloon plans are different. If you wish to cancel your stay, you will need to follow the Balloon cancellation procedure separately from the cancellation of your room reservation.
    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations of the balloon plan by 12:00 p.m. two days prior to the delivery date. Any changes after that time will be difficult to accommodate, and 100% of the balloon fee will be charged in the event of cancellation. Please be aware of this.


    [Important Notes about the Balloon Plan Application]
    *Please submit your application for the Balloon Plan via the form by 3:00 PM, three days prior to your check-in date .
    *The cancellation policy for the Balloon Plan differs from that of your accommodation reservation. If you cancel your stay, you must separately complete the cancellation process for the Balloon Plan in addition to canceling your accommodation reservation.
    For any changes or cancellations related to the Balloon Plan, please contact us by 12:00 PM, two days before the delivery date. In case of cancellation after this time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to the cost of the balloon plan. Thank you for your understanding.
