    【バルーンプランご予約に関しての注意事項】

    ※バルーンプランお申し込みはご宿泊日の3日前15:00までにお願いいたします。(フォームからのご予約お申し込み)

    ※ご宿泊予約とバルーンのキャンセル規約は異なります。ご宿泊をキャンセルされる際、宿泊予約のキャンセルとは別に、バルーンのキャンセル手続きが必要となります。

    ※バルーンプランの内容変更・キャンセル等は納品日2日前12:00までにお申し出をお願いいたします。以降の内容変更はご対応が難しい事と、キャンセルの場合はお申し込みいただいたバルーン料金のキャンセル料が100%発生いたします。ご注意くださいませ。


    [Important Notes about the Balloon Plan Application]

    ※Please submit your application for the Balloon Plan via the form by 3:00 PM, three days prior to your check-in date.

    ※The cancellation policy for the Balloon Plan differs from that of your accommodation reservation. If you cancel your stay, you must separately complete the cancellation process for the Balloon Plan in addition to canceling your accommodation reservation.

    ※For any changes or cancellations related to the Balloon Plan, please contact us by 12:00 PM, two days before the delivery date. Please note that changes after this time cannot be accommodated. In case of cancellation after this time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to the cost of the balloon plan. Thank you for your understanding.
