We can arrange the decoration before your check-in.
Please note that we do not accept balloon decorations after check-in or during dinner.
※ As a general rule, the decoration work will be completed between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM.

    Notes on Balloon Plan Reservations
    Please submit your balloon plan application by 15:00, 5 days before your stay. (Reservation request via the form) Our staff will check the details and send you payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is confirmed.

    If you are in a hurry, please call us first to confirm availability. For first-time inquiries received after 15:00, 3 days before your intended use date, an express fee (20% of the balloon price) will apply. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on scheduling.

    The cancellation policy for the balloon plan is different from that of your hotel reservation. When cancelling your stay, you will need to cancel the balloon plan separately from the hotel reservation.

    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to the balloon plan by 15:00, 3 days before the delivery date. Changes after this time may be difficult to accommodate, and cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the balloon charge. Please be aware of this.
