    [Notice Regarding Balloon Plan Reservations]
    *Please submit your Balloon Plan application by 15:00, 5 days before your stay (reservation requests via this form). Our staff will review the details and send you payment instructions. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is confirmed.

    *If your request is urgent, please call us first to confirm availability. For first-time inquiries received after 15:00, 3 days before your intended date of use, a rush fee (20% of the balloon price) will apply. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate requests depending on scheduling.

    *The cancellation policy for your hotel reservation is separate from that of the balloon. If you cancel your hotel stay, you must also cancel the balloon order separately.

    *Please request any changes to or cancellation of the Balloon Plan by 15:00, 3 days before the delivery date. Changes after this time may not be possible, and cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
