    Please make a reservation for the Balloon Plan by 3:00 p.m. 5 days prior to your stay.

    Please make your reservation for the Balloon Plan by 3:00 p.m. 5 days prior to your stay. (Reservation request via the form) Our staff in charge will check the details of the reservation and send you the payment information. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

    If you are in a hurry, please call us to confirm your schedule. For initial inquiries received less than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of use (15:00), an express fee (20% of the balloon price) will be charged. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the schedule.

    Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to your balloon plan by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes or cancellations after that time will be difficult to accommodate and will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the balloon price. Please be aware of this.
