The torii is 2.5m high and 2.5m wide, and about 2~3 people can pass through it together.

If the details are finalized after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the desired delivery date, an express fee of +20% will be added to the total cost of the balloons. For example, if the requested delivery date is 3/15, an express fee will be charged for requests with finalized details after 6:00 p.m. on 3/13. Please note that it is difficult to provide same-day service in areas other than the Tokyo metropolitan area, such as Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, etc. Please understand that it is difficult for us to respond to your request on the same day. In case of mailing in a box by Yamato delivery service *Balloons will be delivered in a box. Please decorate the balloon by yourself after arrival. Balloons will be shipped from Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Yes, that is possible. A separate fee applies for setup and takedown between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM the following morning. (We request that standard delivery be scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.) We require a minimum one-hour time slot for setup. If setup begins after 7:00 p.m. (e.g., a setup time slot from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.), an after-hours fee will apply.
