LED & original message balloon

LED lights are attached to the inside of the balloon and to the ribbon.
The color of the balloon to be placed inside the balloon and the color of the tassel attached to the balloon can be changed.
The message can be original. The full text of "Happy Birthday Meisa" can be changed.
It can be in Japanese or other languages, and instead of "Happy Birthday," it can be changed to "Congratulations!
The color of the lettering can also be changed to any color you desire, not just black.

    Please refer to this information when considering your budget. ＜If the balloon purchase is less than 12,000 yen (excluding tax), the shipping cost will be ¥3,000. Balloon purchases of 12,000 yen (excluding tax) or more are free of charge within 10 km of Shinbashi (our location) (approx. 30 minutes each way). For distances of 10 km or more, 3,000 yen per 10 km plus highway fare (depending on location)
