About Message Printing

You can have a message printed on the top balloon of a balloon bouquet.
There are three areas available for printing, so please feel free to let us know if you have a specific message in mind.

Please note that unless otherwise specified, we will print the same message on all three locations.

About "Happy Birthday" Letter Balloons

During installation, we will mount it on the wall using fishing line (a transparent string).
Therefore, please check in advance to see if there are any curtain rods or mounting points on the ceiling.

Also, while it can be installed by sticking it directly to the wall, depending on the wall material, it may come off.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to share a photo of the wall where you plan to install it.

If the balloon purchase is less than 12,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping fee will be ¥3,000. For balloon purchases of 12,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, shipping is free within 10 km of Shimbashi (our location) (approx. 30 minutes each way). For distances of 10 km or more, 3,000 yen per 10 km plus highway fare (depending on location).
