Our staff will take care of the entire process, including travel, installation, and removal of the Champagne Tower.
We also take care of the cleaning of the champagne glasses, so there is no need for you to take care of the cleaning.
There is no charge for business trips to Minato, Chiyoda, Chuo-ku, Shibuya-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Meguro-ku, Shinagawa-ku, Koto-ku, Sumida-ku, Taito-ku, and Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. We can also visit Yokohama, Kawasaki, Saitama, Chiba, etc. for a business trip fee of 5,000 yen to 10,000 yen (x2 for installation and collection).
We can produce not only standard triangular or rectangular type towers with 5, 7, or 10 tiers, but also originally designed towers to meet your needs.
Champagne and sparkling wine itself must be prepared separately from this service (please consult us if preparation is necessary).
Notes on the Champagne Tower]
The size of the stand for the tower is 70 cm (length) x 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height) for up to 8 tiers, and 90 cm (length) x 90 cm (width) x 90 cm (height) for 9 or 10 tiers.
The glass is 11 cm per tier; 55 cm for 5 tiers and 110 cm for 10 tiers add to the 90 cm height of the stand.
When pouring champagne into a champagne tower:
When pouring champagne into a champagne tower, it is not possible to pour into all the glasses in a uniform manner by pouring from the top. Some portions will spill on the table, and some glasses will not be distributed, so please pour from the side during the process. If you want to pour into all the glasses side by side, you will need about 15~20 bottles of champagne for 7 tiers of rectangles (140 glasses). In reality, not all glasses are poured evenly and side by side, so many people enjoy 7 to 10 bottles even with 7 tiers of squares.

If the details are finalized after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the desired delivery date, an express fee of +20% will be added to the total cost of the balloons. Requests made on the same day will also be subject to the express charge.
For example, if the requested delivery date is 3/15, an express fee will be charged for requests with finalized details after 6:00 p.m. on 3/13.
Please note that it is difficult to provide same-day service in areas other than the Tokyo metropolitan area, such as Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, etc.

In case of mailing in a box by Yamato delivery service
*Balloons will be delivered in a box. Please decorate the balloon by yourself after arrival.
Balloons will be shipped from Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Regardless of the arrival date, if your request is confirmed after 6:00 p.m. two days prior to the scheduled ship date, we will charge you an additional +20% express fee in addition to the total balloon cost.
For example, if your balloon is to be delivered to Sapporo City on 3/15, the balloon will be shipped on 3/13. (In some areas such as Hokkaido and Kyushu, it will take one day to arrive.)
In this case, express fee will be charged for the request whose details are confirmed after 18:00 on 3/11, two days before the shipping date 3/13.
Example) If you are delivering to Nagoya City on 3/15, the balloon will be shipped on 3/14.
In this case, express charges will be incurred for requests made 2 days prior to 3/14, or after 18:00 on 3/12, when the details are finalized.

How much does it cost to have your staff come out to set up decorations?
Standard delivery and setup hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We can also accommodate early morning and late-night requests (8:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day), but an additional after-hours fee will apply.
If work begins after 7:00 PM (e.g., a decoration time slot from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM), an after-hours fee will apply.
