3 Steps to Preparing for a Proposal

A hotel where you can take your time to express your feelings in a private setting is the perfect setting for a proposal. We’ll decorate your room with balloons and flowers so that the magic begins the moment you check in.

① Preparing the Ring

1–6 months ago

The delivery time for rings varies significantly depending on how you place your order. As a general guideline, you should start the ordering process at least one month in advance for ready-made rings, two months in advance for semi-custom rings, and three to six months in advance if you’re looking for fully custom rings designed just for the two of you. Since finalizing the design and confirming sizes often takes time, be sure to start the process early by working backward from your desired completion date.

② Choosing a Location and Conducting a Site Visit

2 to 3 months before

Hotels and restaurants are recommended venues for marriage proposals. Since they offer a pleasant atmosphere and excellent staff support, you can focus on creating a special moment without worrying about the weather or prying eyes. Popular dates fill up quickly, and both hotels and our company tend to be particularly busy during the Christmas season, so if you’re planning a proposal during this time, it’s best to make your reservation about six months in advance to ensure availability.

Please note: If you wish to add decorations at a hotel or restaurant, you must contact the venue directly to confirm in advance whether they can accommodate your decorations.

③ Arranging Decorations and Balloons

One month ago

We will discuss the details of your desired balloon decorations—including the design, colors, and the delivery and setup times on the day of the event—in advance via LINE or email. We will adjust the setup timing to accommodate your preferences and the venue’s schedule. Please note that popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend contacting us about one month before the event date to ensure availability.

The Process from Balloon Order to Event Day

From your balloon decoration request to the event itself, the process consists of seven main steps. Our staff will carefully guide you through each step—from selecting a venue and discussing the details to making your payment and coordinating on the day of the event—so even if this is your first time, you can rest assured that we’ve got you covered.

Decide on a venue for the proposal, such as a hotel room or a restaurant.

Confirming the Acceptance of Decorations at the Venue

Please ask the client to confirm whether the selected venue allows for balloon decorations.

Please consult with us regarding the venue and the type of balloon decorations you’d like.

Deciding on the Decorations and Timing

We will determine the installation schedule based on the details of the decoration. You can choose from the following two installation options.

① Decorate before check-in

Our staff will finish setting up the balloon decorations before the guest arrives at the room.

② Decorating while you are away after check-in

After check-in, we'll decorate your room while you're out for a meal or otherwise away from it.

Payment and Contract Signing

Once the decoration details and timing have been finalized, we will send you a payment link. The contract will be officially finalized upon confirmation of your payment. Please note that your reservation will remain provisional until payment is received.

Final Confirmation of the Venue

Once we confirm your payment, we will contact the hotel and restaurant again to confirm the details. We will finalize all arrangements in advance to avoid any last-minute rush on the day of the event, ensuring that both you and the venue can welcome your guests with confidence.

Notification that Decorations Are Complete on the Day of the Event

Once the decorations are complete, we’ll let you know. All that’s left is to welcome that special moment—waiting for it with bated breath is surely a happy time in itself.

How far in advance should I book the decorations?

We also accept last-minute requests.
We may be able to accommodate requests made as early as one week in advance or even on the same day, so please feel free to contact us.
During peak seasons, the earlier you make your reservation, the easier it will be to secure your preferred date and time.

Can I use these to decorate my home or a hotel room?

Yes, that's possible. For hotels, we can accommodate this if we receive prior approval from the venue.

Can we discuss options that fit my budget?

Of course. Just let us know your budget and what you have in mind, and we’ll propose the best plan for you.

What is your budget?

Examples of decorations with prices are listed in the gallery. Please refer to the gallery to get an idea of what we can do for you. We can create a certain amount of decorations with a budget of about 20,000 yen per spot. If your budget is more than 50,000 yen, it will be more gorgeous. The unit price for the volume will vary depending on whether the balloons are made of rubber or aluminum, air or helium, artificial or fresh flowers, panel printing, or decorations using fabric. Our staff in charge will make a proposal according to your budget and the area you wish to decorate.

How long will it last?

We create them to be displayed beautifully for about a week. The floating part will start to wilt in about 5 days to 1 week, but will remain floating for about 2 weeks.
The part of the star with red letters on it, such as white and silver congratulations, is called the standing tag, but the standing tag part is filled with air, not helium, so it will last longer than the floating part.

Is it possible to specify the time?

Yes, we can. Please specify the time of delivery in one-hour time slots.
Due to the influence of road conditions, the delivery may not arrive exactly on time. Please understand this in advance.

What is your payment method?

We ask that payment be made in advance.
We accept bank transfer, paypay, and credit card.

Can you collect it?

We can provide this service for a fee. (Tax included)¥11,000～
Balloons are easy to dispose of, so we will inform the recipient of the balloons of how to dispose of them. Balloons can be easily broken with scissors or cutters, so in most cases, we ask the recipient to clean up after themselves. If the balloons are delivered to an office, we often ask the customer to take them home if they are compact in size.

Is there anything I should check with the venue?

Be sure to check in advance whether balloon decorations by an outside vendor are permitted.
If you plan to decorate, it would help the process go more smoothly if you could also ask what time you can start and whether you need to be present while the decorations are being set up.
Deliveries will be made in accordance with the facility's rules.
