About panels and balloons
[Regarding Installation Space]
Please ensure that you have at least the following amount of space available for installing the panels and balloon garland.
・Width: 2.5 m or more
・Depth: 2 m or more
・Height: 2.4 m or more
Also, when you contact us, please send us a photo of the space where you plan to install the product—this will help us assist you more efficiently.
[About Installation Locations]
We do not recommend displaying balloons outdoors. Please use them indoors.
Additionally, if you are considering setting them up at a hotel or rental space, please confirm in advance whether you are permitted to bring in and set up decorations.
[Estimated Setup and Dismantling Times]
On the day of the event, we will arrive with three staff members and one HiAce van.
Including delivery and assembly, the setup process takes approximately 3 hours.
In addition, since we will be picking up the decorations at a later date, we would appreciate it if you could set aside about 1 hour and 30 minutes for the removal process.
[About Colors and Designs]
We are happy to discuss color combinations and decoration details on a case-by-case basis to meet your specific preferences.
