How much will it cost?

Gender reveal balloons start at 13,200 yen (tax included). Prices vary depending on the type of balloon (with or without helium).

In addition to the balloon fee, travel and parking fees will be charged depending on the area and facility. There is no charge for business trip in Chiyoda, Chuo-ku, Shibuya-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Minato-ku, Koto-ku, Shinagawa-ku, Sumida-ku, Taito-ku, Bunkyo-ku, and Meguro-ku.

How do you pop a balloon? Does the set come with a stick for popping balloons?

We provide a torch stick for splitting wood free of charge. The sticks are included in the plans listed below.

How many small balloons are included? Also, is it possible to add more?

There are 30 small balloons in the package.

We are sorry, but we do not support the addition of additional pieces, and all types are a flat rate of 30 pieces. Thank you for your understanding.

When should I tell them the gender?

We would appreciate it if you could contact us at least one week in advance.

I don't want to know the baby's gender until the day of the birth. In that case, how should I go about sharing the gender?

We would appreciate it if you could have your OB/GYN doctor or nurse put a note with the gender in the envelope and mail it to us.

Is there anything I should check with the venue in advance?

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please check the following points with the venue in advance.

If you would like to use [outer] helium x [inner] helium or [outer] air x [inner] helium balloons, please check with the venue in advance if it is possible to use balloons that fly up to the ceiling.

The name of the person in charge of the delivery and the name of the person who will receive the balloons (e.g., "Mr. 00, Bridal Salon, Hotel 00, 2F").

Please note that some wedding venues may not allow balloons to be brought in on the day of the wedding.

The venue told us that balloons that float up to the ceiling and balloons filled with confetti are not allowed. What should we do in that case?

We also carry balloons that won’t float all the way up to the ceiling. We recommend either the or options. Please rest assured that confetti is not included in these balloons.

If the item is being shipped directly to the venue, is the name of the person who will receive it required?

Yes, in order to prevent loss upon delivery, we will write your name and wedding date on the box. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the name and contact information of the person in charge of receiving the package (such as the venue planner).

Please note that the balloons will be delivered to the venue or your home on the date and time you specify.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card, bank transfer, and PayPay are supported.

Can a friend make the arrangements on behalf of the person involved? (Entertainment/Surprise)

Yes, of course. We also receive many arrangements for entertainment and surprises for wedding receptions.

Can it be used for occasions other than weddings (such as baby showers or at home)?

Yes, we are available. We offer on-site decoration as well as delivery to your home (delivery available for air x air only).

How far in advance should I book the decorations?

We also accept last-minute requests.
We may be able to accommodate requests made as early as one week in advance or even on the same day, so please feel free to contact us.
During peak seasons, the earlier you make your reservation, the easier it will be to secure your preferred date and time.

Can I use these to decorate my home or a hotel room?

Yes, that's possible. For hotels, we can accommodate this if we receive prior approval from the venue.

Can we discuss options that fit my budget?

Of course. Just let us know your budget and what you have in mind, and we’ll propose the best plan for you.

What is your budget?

Examples of decorations with prices are listed in the gallery. Please refer to the gallery to get an idea of what we can do for you. We can create a certain amount of decorations with a budget of about 20,000 yen per spot. If your budget is more than 50,000 yen, it will be more gorgeous. The unit price for the volume will vary depending on whether the balloons are made of rubber or aluminum, air or helium, artificial or fresh flowers, panel printing, or decorations using fabric. Our staff in charge will make a proposal according to your budget and the area you wish to decorate.

How long will it last?

We create them to be displayed beautifully for about a week. The floating part will start to wilt in about 5 days to 1 week, but will remain floating for about 2 weeks.
The part of the star with red letters on it, such as white and silver congratulations, is called the standing tag, but the standing tag part is filled with air, not helium, so it will last longer than the floating part.

Is it possible to specify the time?

Yes, we can. Please specify the time of delivery in one-hour time slots.
Due to the influence of road conditions, the delivery may not arrive exactly on time. Please understand this in advance.

What is your payment method?

We ask that payment be made in advance.
We accept bank transfer, paypay, and credit card.

For corporate customers only, invoice payment is also available. (NP payment)

Can you collect it?

We can provide this service for a fee. (Tax included)¥11,000～
Balloons are easy to dispose of, so we will inform the recipient of the balloons of how to dispose of them. Balloons can be easily broken with scissors or cutters, so in most cases, we ask the recipient to clean up after themselves. If the balloons are delivered to an office, we often ask the customer to take them home if they are compact in size.

Is there anything I should check with the venue?

Be sure to check in advance whether balloon decorations by an outside vendor are permitted.
If you plan to decorate, it would help the process go more smoothly if you could also ask what time you can start and whether you need to be present while the decorations are being set up.
Deliveries will be made in accordance with the facility's rules.
